WOW, Brain Pickings is a great site!. It is loaded with a lot of interesting things and ideas.
I realize that I have been doing much of this kind of stuff since I was a kid. Over the years, I seem to have been somewhat sidetracked by my career and work. With all this free time on sick leave and Cancer refocussing my outlook on Life, I find myself getting back into many of the points listed in your posting.
DO WHAT YOU LOVE AND DO IT OFTEN!
