For those who missed the webcast or media coverage, the list of cancers to be covered by MD Anderson’s ‘Moon Shots’ program will target the following cancers for an all-out attack and ultimate cure, with up to $3 billion in spending over 10 years:
- Acute myeloid leukemia/myelodysplastic syndrome
- Chronic lymphocytic leukemia
- Melanoma
- Lung cancer
- Prostate cancer
- Triple-negative breast cancer
- Ovarian cancer
