Not much new here and a bit repetitive, but some good reminders – a mix of stress and general health tips:

  1. Take a walk outside
  2. Eat breakfast
  3. Drink more tea
  4. Breathe
  5. ‘Nest’ before bed
  6. Get moving (as per 1)
  7. Drink more water
  8. Eat your fruits and veggies
  9. Try supplements (would be a bit cautious here)
  10. Learn and grow
  11. Find support
  12. Try music therapy
  13. Arm yourself
  14. Journal
  15. Find ‘healing time’
  16. Keep track (as per 14)
  17. Make a list
  18. Monitor what’s going on
  19. Take care of yourself
  20. Dream and believe
