Good animated version of Dan Ariely on dishonesty and rationalization, with most people being little cheaters and a few being the big cheaters (see earlier post here). Interesting observation on how distance  and impersonality increase the likelihood of dishonesty and cheating (e.g., some of the perverse incentives in the financial industry and illegal downloads), and some approaches to reduce the temptations at the individual level (e.g., forgiveness, reference to religious or moral principles before acting).
