  4. Trying to control others
  5. Trying too hard to lift your mood
  6. Multi-tasking
  7. Viewing jarring media
  8. Being disorganized

While most of these have an obvious positive counterpart, surprised that some other, more positive suggestions were not offered (or perhaps we will see another post on the positive). The obvious ones are spend time with people you love or like, do things you enjoy doing, and be physically and mentally active.
